Hi, I am Debbie – I am proud mum, a visual storyteller, and a passionate creative behind the lens.

My love for photography began as a child, inspired by my dad’s hobby and nurtured through the years by film photography. Learning to shoot on film gave me a deep appreciation for getting it right in-camera—an approach that remains at the heart of my work today.

It wasn’t until the birth of my first child that my passion became a purpose. After a traumatic delivery and nearly losing my son, I became fiercely committed to capturing every moment. That deep emotional connection to photography has grown into what is now a celebrated and award-winning career.

I now have two beautiful children that are my inspiration for wanting to follow my passion for photography even further.  As a mum, I know how special it is to record your children growing up but we never think of getting an image printed as a one off piece of art hung on our walls that will last for years to come.

I believe that if my children continue to have enjoyment in their photos being taken, and I do take a lot of them, then I must be doing something right!  Photo sessions should be fun where kids are involved, this is not just a photography session this is a memory for them and should be exciting.
