A Journey Fuelled by Passion and Purpose

My love for photography began as a child, inspired by my dad’s hobby and nurtured through years of shooting on film. Learning film photography gave me a deep appreciation for getting it right in camera — an approach that remains at the very heart of my work today.

It wasn’t until the birth of my first child that my passion truly became a purpose. After a traumatic delivery and nearly losing my son, I became fiercely committed to capturing every single moment — because I know better than most how precious and fleeting they are. That deep emotional connection to photography has grown into what is now a celebrated, award-winning career that I am incredibly proud of.

I now have two beautiful children who inspire me every single day. As a mum, I know how special it is to record your children growing up — and how important it is to have those memories printed and displayed where you can see them, not just stored on a phone or a hard drive. Photography sessions should be fun, especially where children are involved. This is not just a photoshoot — it’s a memory in the making, and it should feel exciting and joyful for the whole family.

From the pre-session questionnaire that helps me get to know you before you even step through the door, to the carefully chosen props, backdrops and outfits that make your images uniquely yours — every detail is planned with care and intention.

My Tamworth studio is warm, welcoming and purpose-designed for families. It’s a relaxed, comfortable space where babies settle, toddlers explore and parents feel at ease — because the best portraits happen when everyone feels completely at home.

I am fully trained in all aspects of newborn safety and posing, and I hold current first aid certification. I adhere to strict professional codes of conduct as a long-standing member of the Guild of Photographers and Best Newborn Photographers (BNP).

My studio is fully insured, warm, and purpose-designed for families with young babies. Every newborn session is conducted with the utmost care, patience and expertise — your baby’s comfort and safety is always the absolute priority.
