Welcome to Deborah Longmore Photography (Newborn Photography Birmingham and Tamworth, covering the Midlands and beyond) – where timeless memories begin. I specialise in capturing your journey from maternity through newborn and baby milestones, transforming those fleeting moments into beautiful, high-quality imagery and stunning wall art to treasure for years to come.

Photographs hold the power to freeze time. That’s why I pour my heart into every session — ensuring you’re not only receiving exceptional images but also the very best in client care, product quality, and a warm, personal experience from start to finish.

Step 1: Booking Your Session

It’s easy to get started!

You can book your session directly via my online calendar — where all up-to-date availability is listed. Simply choose the session type that suits you and click “Book Now” on the Prices & Packages page.

Once a date is confirmed, you’ll receive a welcome questionnaire to help tailor your session to your preferences — including colours, themes, props, and any special requests.

💡 Please note: A non-refundable session fee of £100 is required to secure your booking. Packages are additional and can be viewed in full on the Prices & Packages page.

Step 2: Your Photography Experience

Whether you’ve booked a newborn photography session in Birmingham or a baby photoshoot in Tamworth, your experience will be relaxed, personalised, and professional.

On the day of your session, you’ll arrive at my warm and welcoming studio, where everything will be set up and ready to go based on your preferences. I’ll guide you through the entire shoot, making it as enjoyable and stress-free as possible — especially for new parents!

Step 3: Viewing Your Images

Around 1–2 weeks after your session (timeframes may vary during holidays so could be 2-4 weeks), you’ll receive a password-protected online gallery of fully edited images — so you can choose your favourites from the comfort of your own home.

Want to come back for an in-person viewing instead? That’s absolutely fine — but many clients opt for the online gallery because:

✔️ It’s more convenient for busy families
👉 It saves a second trip, especially for clients traveling from further away
✔️ It gives you extra time to view and discuss your images at your own pace

Step 4: Receiving Your Memories

Once you’ve selected your favourite images and chosen your package or upgrade, your digital files will be sent for download. Depending on your package, you may also receive professional prints and the option to purchase bespoke wall art and other keepsakes.

I offer a wide range of products — from framed prints to luxury canvas wraps, which you can view:

✔️ online during a viewing appointment

Step 5: Collection & Delivery

When your products are ready, you’ll be invited back to collect them in person — a moment I truly love, as seeing your reaction is part of the magic.

✨ Prints can be posted (a postage fee applies), but I always recommend collection when possible to avoid loss or damage.
✨ All wall art must be collected in person due to its size and value.
